Fairway Hosting has a strong focus on making short and medium-term letting as environmentally friendly as it can be. While our own company operations have 0% emissions, we are also able to significantly reduce carbon emissions for our clients through both our carefully considered on-site processes and the recycled and recyclable materials we recommend they use for fittings, furniture, and servicing products. 

There are many different sustainable materials with some more expensive than others and we would be very happy to put together a bespoke plan with estimated costs for any clients starting from scratch furnishing an apartment.

We also operate Fairway Marketplace to ensure all furniture and fittings are reused after a contract has ended and to therefore delay their entering the waste stream.
